Food For Thought NUMBer 2 : NUMBers
A colleague and I took a challenge recently. We ate like Vegans for 30 days. I actually extended my challenge to 60 days. Our diet consisted of fruits, vegetables, and nuts, though it was hard to give up meats and dairy products. I will say that after the first 5 days, I did not miss eating meat. My body felt different. My digestive system moved like, "Atlanta traffic on Christmas Day." My sweat even smelled different. It really had no smell! Do not be afraid to step outside of your norm when it comes to improving your diet. Most of my featured dishes can be easily made into Vegan dishes.
